You do NOT have to get arrested, or glue yourself to anything!
There's something for everyone either at the national rebellions, at local actions, or "working from home". Some options are:
Arts and Crafts - making banners, models, placards etc.
Social Media / tech help.
Cooking - in a pop-up kitchen at a large national action, or just making cakes for your local group.
Wellbeing - first aid, emotional support, empathy groups
Photography, video, press releases, newsletters
Provide transport or accommodation
De-escalation, legal observer, arrestee support
Police station or court support for arrestees
Give talks or run trainings
Co-ordinate Peoples' Assemblies
Legal/financial advice
Dance, sing, play music
Work from home - make outreach phone calls (Rebel Ringers) or emails
Join Money Rebellion and do some debt disobedience or tax disobedience
These can be local, with one of your local groups. Or you can take part in national actions, eg. in London, or COP26 in Glasgow. Members of your local group will often travel together to these events. Actions are always well organised, friendly and inclusive. They are also very colourful and noisy!
If you do decide to do more "spicy" actions and get arrested, you will have access to plenty of training and support. Around every arrestee is a dedicated support team.
